              Rental Conditions

              You the “guest” enter into a contract with Canaryvillas.net “the owner”

              for the agreed period called the “rental period” in consideration of the agreed

              “rental price” “the owner” agrees that having received the “rental price” in full within the agreed terms, to

              allow full and exclusive use of the “rental property” for the term of the “rental period” subject to the

              following conditions.

              Payment Terms:

              The deposit is 50% and should be paid at the time of booking, the balance should be paid no later then 42

              days before the “rental period” starts.

              Cancellation:

              We can accept cancellation of your booking however payment is not refundable.

              Security Deposit:

              We will not take a security deposit, however the “guest” will be liable for any breakages or costs relating

              to their “rental period”

              Occupancy:

              It is the “renters” responsibility to fully disclose the number of occupants staying in the property before

              the “rental period” starts

              Keys:

              A keybox is provided on the gate to access the property and further keys are inside, please ensure that the

              keys are put back in the keybox and it is locked when you leave.

              Access:

              The “guests” must allow the cleaners entry to the property to make routine cleans usually once per week

              unless otherwise agreed. They must also allow any workmen access for any urgent repairs.

              Liability:

              The “owners” do not accept any liability for any goods belonging to the “guests” or any liability for any

              personal accidents to the “guests” these should be covered under the “renters” own holiday insurance.

              Problems:

              The “guests” must inform either the cleaners or the owners immediately of any problems with the

              property or the quality of the cleaning etc., the “owners” wish to make sure that you have the best possible

              stay, the “owners” cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any problems that are not reported

              while the “guests” are in the property.

              Reviews:

              The “owners” wish to ensure that the “guests” have the best holiday possible and they fully accept your

              rights to publish any reviews. However the “guests” must give the ”owners” the opportunity by notifying

              them during their stay to put right or correct any issues. The “owners” cannot accept any claims for

              compensation or discounts after the “guests” has vacated the property without having the opportunity to

              verify any such claims.

              Noise:

              The “rental property” is in a residential area and it is the “guests” responsibility not to make a lot of noise

              or antisocial behavior and to respect all the local laws.

              Act of God'

              We remind “guests” that the “owners” cannot be held responsible for natural disasters and other events

              out of our control. Guests should take out adequate travel insurance to cover them in the event of such

              circumstances.
