unless otherwise agreed. They must also allow any workmen access for any urgent repairs.
The “owners” do not accept any liability for any goods belonging to the “guests” or any liability for any
personal accidents to the “guests” these should be covered under the “renters” own holiday insurance.
The “guests” must inform either the cleaners or the owners immediately of any problems with the
property or the quality of the cleaning etc., the “owners” wish to make sure that you have the best possible
stay, the “owners” cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any problems that are not reported
while the “guests” are in the property.
The “owners” wish to ensure that the “guests” have the best holiday possible and they fully accept your
rights to publish any reviews. However the “guests” must give the ”owners” the opportunity by notifying
them during their stay to put right or correct any issues. The “owners” cannot accept any claims for
compensation or discounts after the “guests” has vacated the property without having the opportunity to
verify any such claims.
