Walk around the beach into Corralejo town where you can enjoy the best restaurants and bars, or go shopping in the many shops in Corralejo or anything else that takes you're fancy. You could walk to one of the most beautiful and unspoilt spoilt white sandy beaches you will find anywhere in the world. You can enjoy Windsurfing, Surfing, Kite-surfing, Sailing, Jet Skiing all in the bay in front of you, there is diving and snorkeling or you could just lie back and watch the world go by.
Get Started!We have stayed in Corralejo for the last 15 years, and this is the first time at this particular villa we have walked past it many times around the beach and this year it was available. The villa had everything we needed there were four of us staying and although there was only one bathroom there was always plenty of hot water and towels. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great 55 inch TV and lots of UK TV channels, the kitchen had everything including microwave washing machine toaster etc. The swimming pool was great none of the other properties had one so it was great, the front garden was a sun trap later in the day so it was perfect to have a pool to cool down. The back garden by the beach was fantastic and thats were we spent most of our time just watching the world go buy, it was fabulous the views are spectacular. There is also a large private balcony on the master bedroom which was great for private sunbathing. We can't wait go back early next year. Highly recommended. by Michelle & Geoff
The villa was very clean and tidy and everything was to a good standard, 55 inch 4K TV, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. We also had a travel cot and highchair and the house was very child friendly. It is the best location on the island with the most fantastic views and sunsets. The villa was very quiet and yet only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants, we loved walking round the beach to town at the back of the house. We found that it had everything we wanted and we can't wait to go back!! by Tracy C
There were four adults and our grand daughter and we had a fantastic time. It was very child friendly and our grand daughter who was one year old had a brilliant time. The facilities were great we had everything we needed as we cooked a lot of the time. The house was a short walk from town yet very quiet location with the most fantastic views, we spent hours just chilling!! The house was very clean and tidy with plenty of spare linen etc and the pool was a real bonus, we have already booked to go again in December. The restaurants are easy walking distance even with a pram, and the sandy beach is about 200 yards away. by Helen

Private beach front villa with private swimming pool, in the bay of Corralejo Fuereteventura, the views are the best on the Island, you can look over the Harbour and Playa Blanca Lanzarote and also the beautifull uninhabited Island of Lobos.
The house is fully equipped with everything you will need, ther is a lovely balcony with wonderfull views, it is very quiet despite being walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in town.
Theer are great local shops and supermarkets with easy walking distance from the villa.
You can swim snorkel, Fish, SUP, Sur,f Windsurf and Kitesurf right oiutside the house, you can also rent euipment just around the beach.
Flag beach is an easy walk with 20km of beautifull white sandy beaches, everything you need for a great holiday, or you can just sit and relax in the back garden and soak in the fantastic views!!!

Rental Conditions
You the “guest” enter into a contract with Canaryvillas.net “the owner”
for the agreed period called the “rental period” in consideration of the agreed
“rental price” “the owner” agrees that having received the “rental price” in full within the agreed terms, to
allow full and exclusive use of the “rental property” for the term of the “rental period” subject to the
following conditions.
Payment Terms:
The deposit is 50% and should be paid at the time of booking, the balance should be paid no later then 42
days before the “rental period” starts.
Cancellation:
We can accept cancellation of your booking however payment is not refundable.
Security Deposit:
We will not take a security deposit, however the “guest” will be liable for any breakages or costs relating
to their “rental period”
Occupancy:
It is the “renters” responsibility to fully disclose the number of occupants staying in the property before
the “rental period” starts
Keys:
A keybox is provided on the gate to access the property and further keys are inside, please ensure that the
keys are put back in the keybox and it is locked when you leave.
Access:
The “guests” must allow the cleaners entry to the property to make routine cleans usually once per week
unless otherwise agreed. They must also allow any workmen access for any urgent repairs.
Liability:
The “owners” do not accept any liability for any goods belonging to the “guests” or any liability for any
personal accidents to the “guests” these should be covered under the “renters” own holiday insurance.
Problems:
The “guests” must inform either the cleaners or the owners immediately of any problems with the
property or the quality of the cleaning etc., the “owners” wish to make sure that you have the best possible
stay, the “owners” cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any problems that are not reported
while the “guests” are in the property.
Reviews:
The “owners” wish to ensure that the “guests” have the best holiday possible and they fully accept your
rights to publish any reviews. However the “guests” must give the ”owners” the opportunity by notifying
them during their stay to put right or correct any issues. The “owners” cannot accept any claims for
compensation or discounts after the “guests” has vacated the property without having the opportunity to
verify any such claims.
Noise:
The “rental property” is in a residential area and it is the “guests” responsibility not to make a lot of noise
or antisocial behavior and to respect all the local laws.
Act of God'
We remind “guests” that the “owners” cannot be held responsible for natural disasters and other events
out of our control. Guests should take out adequate travel insurance to cover them in the event of such
circumstances.
